Rate the 2011 ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey Standards

Yesterday, I posted that NSPS and ALTA Boards Approve 2011 ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey Standards. In that post you can find a link to the new standards and download them from ALTA’s website.

I’m in the process of reading them myself. Maybe you’ve already done so. If you’re familiar with the new 2011 ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey Standards, what do you think of them?
