At the recent fall conference of the Arkansas Society of Professional Surveyors, the reference book and manual, The U.S. Public Land Survey System for Arkansas, was introduced by Dr. Richard Elgin, P.E., P.S. Elgin along with Dr. David Knowles, P.E., P.S, prepared the book with funding provided by State Surveyor Everett Rowland’s office as a resource for present and future Arkansas Surveyors.
