    This AutoCAD Civil 3D Hotfix resolves an issue where the Prospector would lock-up when adding or editing multiple Point Groups, Point Group Styles or multiple other Civil object groups or styles in the Prospector.

    Essentially, even without the hotfix, you can just hit the control (CTRL) key to unlock the program. However, this is a one-time fix only. I know this has happened to me in the past, so I hope if it has happened to you this helps.
