GENIVAR ACQUIRES LE GROUPE GIROUX, A LEADING QUEBEC-BASED GEOMATICS AND SURVEYING FIRM

MONTREAL, Oct. 11, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ – GENIVAR Inc. (TSX: GNV) (“GENIVAR”), one of Canada’s leading consulting services companies, announced today that it has acquired Le Groupe GIROUX (“GIROUX”), a Quebec-based geomatics and surveying firm. GIROUX has a workforce of 85 employees.
