(Milton Keynes, UK, December 2010) - Leica Geosystems is pleased to announce that its recent GeoWorld 10 UK and Ireland Roadshow attracted over 1000 delegates, making it the biggest event Leica Geosystems has hosted in its 18 year show history, and making it the largest Geomatics event in the UK this year.

From London, Leeds and Liverpool to Exeter, Dublin and Inverness, the Leica Geosystems team travelled the length and breadth of the UK and Ireland covering 1774 miles over 3 weeks. Today, Leica Geosystems announced that their leading line sensor workflow, the Leica XPro, has been updated with new features.  Leica XPro  4.3 – HiRes Ortho Processing provides advanced ground processing from data download to image generation and users of the new version XPro 4.3 can now take advantage of the Leica HiRes orthophoto processing. Leica says that this will increases orthophoto productivity by reducing the number of flight lines.
